Qualcomm is hiring a Program Manager to lead software programs in Bluetooth and WiFi technologies. The role focuses on managing product development planning execution and delivery for wireless solutions in audio and connectivity segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage planning development and delivery of wireless software programs
- Drive requirements analysis scheduling and resource planning
- Coordinate with teams across connectivity sensors and embedded systems
- Track program progress risks and performance metrics
- Define and manage Plan of Record timelines and deliverables
- Lead communication with stakeholders and provide status updates
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Support product integration and development lifecycle
- Improve processes for efficient program execution
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering
- Experience in wireless or semiconductor domain
- Experience in program management and software development lifecycle
- Strong understanding of Bluetooth WiFi or embedded systems
- Good analytical problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage cross functional teams
