Qualcomm is hiring a SoC Program Manager to lead execution of complex semiconductor programs across the full ASIC lifecycle. This role focuses on schedule performance power and cost management from concept to commercial sample release.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end to end ASIC and IP development lifecycle
- Coordinate with design verification synthesis DFT and physical design teams
- Drive successful tape outs and milestone delivery
- Manage risks and maintain clear stakeholder communication
- Report progress metrics risks and staffing status to senior management
- Implement change control and development review processes
- Ensure alignment across engineering marketing and operations teams
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of hardware engineering experience
- OR Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience
- OR PhD with 2+ years of experience
- 10 to 15 years of total experience with 3+ years in program or project management
- Strong experience in ASIC lifecycle development
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to align cross functional teams toward common goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project Excel and PowerPoint
