Reena Vijayanand appointed as Head Talent Acquisition at Larsen & Toubro

Reena Vijayanand has been appointed Head Talent Acquisition at the Head Office of Larsen & Toubro. She brings nearly three decades of experience in strategic hiring, workforce planning and large scale talent transformation. In this role she will lead enterprise wide talent acquisition and support the company’s long term growth plans by building strong future ready teams.

Before this role she served as Chief Human Resources Officer at AdaniConneX. There she worked closely with the board on executive hiring, governance and organisation change while building talent systems for data center expansion. Earlier she spent over 12 years at Samsung India as Region HR South where she supported workforce growth, leadership development and HR strategy across regions.
