Rishi Rane Appointed CTO at GE HealthCare to Lead Cardiovascular Technology Strategy

Rishi Rane has been elevated to Chief Technology Officer for Cardiovascular & Interventional Solutions at GE HealthCare

Based in the United States, he will lead global technology, innovation and engineering strategy for the CVIS business unit. His role includes driving product development, improving cost efficiency, advancing AI-led research and aligning engineering capabilities with clinical and market requirements.

Rishi brings 28 years of experience in healthcare technology and engineering. He has spent over 23 years at GE HealthCare, progressing from a Software Leader to a senior leadership role.

During his tenure, he has worked across multiple domains including anesthesia and respiratory care, imaging systems such as MR, CT and X-ray, and patient monitoring.

His expertise spans platform modernization, software engineering, new product introduction and regulatory processes, supporting the company’s global R&D efforts in cardiovascular solutions.
