Samsung Electronics introduced the Galaxy Book6 Ultra, Galaxy Book6 Pro and Galaxy Book6 at CES 2026. The new Galaxy Book6 lineup focuses on higher on-device AI performance, longer battery life and slimmer designs while maintaining strong thermal control and display quality.
The Galaxy Book6 series is powered by Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors built on Intel 18A architecture. These chips combine CPU, GPU and NPU performance to support AI tasks such as image processing, translation and intelligent search directly on the device. The integrated NPU delivers up to 50 TOPS enabling faster AI workloads without relying on cloud processing.
Galaxy Book6 Ultra adds discrete NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 or 5070 Laptop GPUs to support graphics-heavy tasks such as video editing, AI image generation and gaming.
Battery life has also been extended. Galaxy Book6 Ultra and Pro models offer up to 30 hours of video playback with fast charging support that restores more than half the battery in around 30 minutes on the Ultra.
Display quality is a major focus. Galaxy Book6 Ultra and Pro feature Dynamic AMOLED 2X touch displays with up to 1000 nits HDR brightness, adaptive 30Hz to 120Hz refresh rates and anti-reflective Corning Gorilla Glass. Vision Booster and HDR certifications improve outdoor visibility and contrast while maintaining accurate color reproduction.
Audio has been upgraded with Dolby Atmos support. Galaxy Book6 Ultra includes a six-speaker system with force-canceling woofers while Pro models use quad or stereo speaker configurations depending on size.
Galaxy AI features are deeply integrated across the lineup. These include AI Select for contextual information, AI Cut Out for image background removal, natural language search, Note Assist for summarization and translation and seamless cross-device workflows with Galaxy phones and tablets through Multi Control, Second Screen and Storage Share.
Security is handled through Samsung Knox and Windows 11 secured-core PC protection. Samsung Care+ support is also available in select markets.
Availability begins in late January 2026 with an Enterprise Edition launching in April 2026 in select regions.
