Samsung has announced new premium built-in kitchen appliances at IFA 2025 in Berlin, reflecting European trends toward open kitchens with minimalist and café-like designs. The lineup includes the Extractor Induction Hob and the Bespoke AI Dishwasher, both focused on combining performance, design and energy efficiency.
The Extractor Induction Hob features a hood integrated into the cooktop with a slim fan and ducting that removes smoke and odors directly from the surface. Its Flex Zone Plus design allows flexible placement of pots and pans with even heat distribution. Built with durable glass, a matte finish and an anti-fingerprint coating, the surface is resistant to scratches and easy to clean. This design removes the need for ceiling-mounted hoods and complements kitchens that favor large island counters and open layouts.
The Bespoke AI Dishwasher comes with an Auto Open Door function that supports a seamless built-in finish without visible handles. It also includes a redesigned upper rack for glassware and an AI Wash cycle that adjusts settings based on soil level using sensors and algorithms. Both appliances aim to improve convenience, efficiency and design while aligning with evolving kitchen trends.
