Suchita Salwan has been appointed as Chief Customer Officer at Airtel

Suchita Salwan has taken on the role of Chief Customer Officer at airtel. She will lead growth and brand strategy for the company’s B2C business. She brings experience from a decade in entrepreneurship and marketing with a focus on digital first brands, consumer engagement and customer centric business models.

She was the Founder and CEO of LBB which became a well known lifestyle discovery and commerce platform before being acquired by Nykaa. At Nykaa she served as Senior Vice President where she led content, brand marketing and Nykaa Luxe. She worked on major campaigns, created strong IPs and supported the platform’s brand presence. Her earlier career includes roles at the BBC, Wizcraft International Entertainment Pvt Ltd and the United Nations. This mix of experience gives her a strong understanding of consumers, brand storytelling and digital platforms.
