TTK Prestige is hiring an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager for Product Development to work on kitchen appliances and small domestic products. The role focuses on product validation, new product development, value engineering, compliance, and improving sourced products.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate kitchen appliances and document testing
- Track new product development and updates
- Estimate BOM and drive value engineering
- Benchmark and tear down competitor products
- Oversee first-lot production for new launches
- Track market trends and emerging technology
- Implement new concepts and product improvements
- Ensure compliance and component standardization
- Gather product feedback and drive refinements
- Support localization of products and parts
Requirements
- BE in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical (full-time)
- 8 to 16 years of experience in R&D or product development
- Experience in FMCD or small appliances
- Strong analytical skills with Excel knowledge
- Stable career history preferred
- Willingness to travel 5–7 days a month
