Role Overview
vivo India is hiring a Product Manager for its IoT–TWS portfolio to drive consumer-focused product strategy, competitive differentiation, and successful product launches. This role sits at the intersection of consumer insights, market intelligence, and cross-functional execution, owning the product lifecycle from definition to go-to-market.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical thinking, deep understanding of the audio and wearables market, and the ability to lead complex stakeholder ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Consumer Insights
- Lead deep understanding of consumer behavior and needs using qualitative and quantitative research
- Translate insights into clear product definitions, positioning, and future roadmap for the TWS category
- Build data-backed sales forecasts and product superiority narratives
Market and Industry Intelligence
- Conduct competitive analysis across the audio and wearables IoT landscape
- Generate actionable insights using primary and secondary research
- Drive market benchmarking across segmentation, development, refinement, and competitive intelligence
Launch Planning and Go-To-Market Execution
- Define launch milestones, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to build and execute GTM strategies
- Track launch progress and ensure readiness across all functions
Marketing and Asset Governance
- Partner with Digital, Retail, PR, and Training teams to review product-related marketing assets
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity of product messaging across all channels
Stakeholder and Cross-Functional Leadership
- Manage collaboration with internal teams across sales, service, product, software, marketing, content, legal, operations, and finance
- Maintain strong relationships with external partners, including market visits and industry interactions
- Align teams, evaluate ideas, and drive execution timelines across the product lifecycle
Experience and Skills Required
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IoT, TWS, or audio product management
- Strong understanding of consumer electronics, especially wearables and audio categories
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and complex GTM programs
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- High ownership, execution focus, and ability to operate in fast-paced environments
