Xiaomi India is hiring a Key Account Manager – OT to manage large organised retail partners and drive sell-out growth across smartphones TVs tablets and AIoT products. The role focuses on account performance promoter management and retail execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage key organised trade accounts such as Sangeetha and Pai
- Drive monthly sell-out targets and business growth
- Identify category opportunities across phones TVs tablets and AIoT
- Manage promoter teams and ensure account hygiene
- Oversee retail execution and in-store performance
- Track partner performance and support account reconciliation
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in organised trade or key account management
- Experience in sell-out and promoter team management
- Strong understanding of the mobile and consumer electronics market
- Good data analysis communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
