Dixon Technologies Signs MoU with MSDE to Boost Skill Training in Wearables Sector

Dixon Technologies India Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) under the NCVT Flexi-MoU Scheme, supported by the Directorate General of Training. Through this partnership the company aims to help train young people in practical, industry-relevant skills related to hearables and wearables technologies.

Dixon is one of the first companies in the electronics manufacturing sector to get approval to roll out this scheme. The MoU was signed on 22 July 2025 at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan in New Delhi. The signatories included Mr. Pankaj Sharma, President & COO of Mobile, Hearables & Wearables & Security Surveillance and Mr. Samar Srivastava, VP-HR from Dixon. They signed the agreement with Mr. Anoop Singh Parihar, Joint Director/HOD and Shri Jayant Chaudhary, Union Minister of State (Independent Charge), Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship.

The MoU has been signed on behalf of Califonix Tech & Manufacturing Private Limited, a Dixon group company that focuses on hearables and wearables. The company acknowledged the efforts of its HR leaders, Mr. Sunil Ranjhan, CHRO and Ms. Namittaa Dabas for leading this initiative.
