Navonil Roy has been appointed as the Execution Unit Head – Grid Technologies Products Switchgear at Siemens Energy. With this leadership move, Siemens Energy aims to strengthen its execution capabilities in the grid technologies segment. Based in India, Roy will oversee strategic delivery and performance across the switchgear portfolio.
He joins Siemens Energy after over two decades at Hitachi Energy, where he held several key roles in India and internationally. Most recently, he served as General Manager – GIS and Hybrid Switchgear Factory in Vadodara.
He has also held key leadership roles at ABB, where he worked for seventeen years, and showcased exemplary work acumen.
