Shailesh S Vilankar has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer at Schindler India. Based in Mumbai, Shailesh steps into this role after a journey of over two decades with the organization.
Since joining Schindler India, he has led various verticals including field operations, sales, installations, and human resources. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President – Field Operations, driving excellence across multiple regions. With more than 30 years of experience in the elevator and escalator industry, his leadership will be instrumental in furthering Schindler’s operational strength and market presence.
