Customers can use the service to explore Apple products, including the iPhone 16 series get details about features, financing options and trade-in programs. The video call is one-way. the specialist is on video while the customer remains on audio. This service is currently available in English and works on both iOS and non-iOS devices.

India is the second country after the US where this service is available. It reflects Apple’s efforts to expand its presence in the country. Earlier this year, Apple also launched its official Apple Store app in India.

The video shopping support is available Monday to Friday, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. IST. Customers can access it by visiting apple.com/in/store and connecting with a specialist in just a few steps.

Through this option Apple aims to make product discovery and purchasing simpler especially for those who prefer online shopping.
