Siemens has received a Platinum rating in the 2025 EcoVadis Sustainability Assessment, placing it among the top 1% of over 130,000 companies evaluated globally. The company scored 85 points its highest to date reflecting strong performance across all key categories: Environment, Ethics, Labor & Human Rights, and Sustainable Procurement. Siemens Mobility, rated separately, earned 84 points.

EcoVadis evaluates companies using international sustainability frameworks like the UN Global Compact and ISO 26000. Siemens’ high score indicates consistent efforts across its business operations and supply chain.

The company says more than 90% of its business supports sustainability in areas such as decarbonization, energy and resource efficiency, circularity, and social impact. These areas are part of Siemens’ wider strategy to help customers improve resilience and reduce environmental impact.

Siemens leaders say the recognition reflects long-term efforts to build sustainable practices into both industry and infrastructure projects. The rating also highlights the role of employees in meeting high standards and the company’s focus on responsible procurement.
