Vijay Srinivasan has been appointed as Chief Growth Officer at Hitachi Digital Services. Based in Bengaluru, he will lead the enterprise-wide growth agenda, integrating Hitachi’s industrial expertise with digital innovation to drive transformation, open new markets, and accelerate revenue.
With over 25 years of global experience in digital strategy, solutioning, and large-scale deal orchestration, Vijay brings a deep understanding of consultative sales, growth strategy, and C-level engagement. Before joining Hitachi Digital Services, he served as Global Head – Solutions and Offerings at Randstad Digital, and earlier held senior leadership roles at LTIMindtree, Cognizant, and IBM.
Vijay’s appointment reflects Hitachi Digital Services’ commitment to expanding its global footprint and delivering client-centric, outcome-driven solutions. He is known for driving complex, multi-tower transformation initiatives across industries and geographies.
