Joel Dsouza has been appointed as General Manager- Growth at Paytm, bringing with him over 10 years of expertise in digital marketing, retention, and CRM across gaming and fintech sectors. Joel’s appointment signals Paytm’s strategic push to scale user engagement, monetisation, and long-term retention.
Before this, Joel was appointed at Junglee Games as Associate Director – Marketing, where he spearheaded retention and CRM for Howzat.
He has also worked at Games24x7, where he led My11Circle’s engagement strategies, using experimentation & gamification to increase user loyality.
