Geetika Bisla has been appointed as Head of Marketing at Ola Electric. With over two decades of international marketing experience across Southeast Asia, India, and the Middle East, she has led many campaigns for global brands including Hero MotoCorp, LingoAce, OCBC Bank, and Samsung Electronics.
At Hero MotoCorp, she led the evolution of the brand into a digitally driven, youth-centric mobility leader, overseeing 14 product launches, festive sales, and the implementation of industry-first, Gen AI-powered marketing tools.
Her expertise spans marketing strategy, product positioning, digital transformation, growth hacking, and customer loyalty, supported by a strong track record in leveraging data-driven insights to foster consumer engagement and business growth.
Previously, Geetika has held senior leadership roles, including Global Product Marketing Lead at LingoAce, Vice President of Marketing & Growth for FRANK by OCBC, and Head of Marketing & CRM for Samsung’s smartphone business in Southeast Asia & Oceania. She began her career in consumer insights with(Kantar) IMRB International, TNS, and Millward Brown, managing portfolios for Fortune 500 companies including Johnson & Johnson, Unilever, Kraft Foods, MasterCard, and Nissan.
