MANISH SIKKA has been appointed as the Managing Director at Hitachi Lift India, marking a significant leadership addition to the company’s growth journey.
With over 25 years of experience in the elevator and infrastructure sector, Manish brings a strong track record of strategic transformation and operational excellence.
Prior to this role, he served as President at ECE Elevators, where he led a complete business revival, also launching India’s first IoT-based SMART elevator, and building a 600+ strong high-performance team. His entrepreneurial experience as Founder of Matrix Management Consultants and leadership roles at Indus Towers Limited and Otis Elevator Co. further reinforce his domain expertise.
At Hitachi Lift India, he is driving a strategic roadmap targeting 3X growth, embedding digital capabilities, and positioning India as a global hub for Building Management Systems (BMS). His vision aligns with Hitachi’s mission of delivering innovation and scalable solutions for the future.
