Upasana Ratra Appointed as Head of Talent Acquisition at Orient Electric

Orient Electric has announced the appointment of Upasana Ratra as Head of Talent Acquisition. Upasana is bringing with her two decades of extensive experience in strategic recruitment, leadership hiring, diversity & inclusion, and HR transformation across consulting and manufacturing industries.

Prior to joining Orient Electric, Upasana spent over a decade at Hero MotoCorp , where she most recently served as Head – Talent Acquisition & Diversity & Inclusion.

In her new role, she will be responsible driving essential recruitment strategies to support business growth at the company.
