The report outlines the company’s environmental, social and governance initiatives for the fiscal year ending March 2024 and is intended to strengthen engagement with customers, suppliers, employees and other stakeholders.

PAS’s mission is to contribute to a sustainable mobility society by tackling issues linked to transportation, such as emissions, traffic congestion and road safety. The company notes that sustainability in the automotive sector requires not only reducing environmental impact but also ensuring responsible supply chains, fair labor practices and effective governance systems.

The data book details efforts in governance, including risk management, compliance, and data protection. Environmental initiatives cover CO2 reduction at production sites, biodiversity conservation, chemical management and adherence to TCFD guidelines. On the social front, the company reports on human rights, employee well-being, procurement practices, product safety and community engagement.

Certified third-party reviews validate key environmental data, including Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions. The disclosure also follows international standards like GRI and Japan’s environmental reporting guidelines.
