At IAA Mobility 2025 in Munich, Bosch showcased its vision for software-driven vehicles, combining intelligent hardware and software solutions. The company emphasizes that future vehicles will be user-centered, continuously learning through software updates. Bosch’s Vehicle Motion Management software coordinates braking, steering, powertrain and chassis allowing vehicles to adapt to driver preferences while ensuring safety and comfort.

Bosch is also advancing brake-by-wire and steer-by-wire technologies, which remove mechanical connections and enable precise software control. These solutions are projected to generate over €7 billion in cumulative sales revenue by 2032. The company plans a nine-figure investment in Vehicle Motion Management by 2028 and continues to expand its modular software and function portfolio.

Bosch offers software-driven ADAS systems, high-performance central vehicle computers and AI-enabled cockpits, integrating multiple functions on a single platform to save space, reduce energy use, and enable flexible software integration. Strategic partnerships with companies such as VW Cariad, WeRide and Horizon Robotics support Bosch’s development of assisted and automated driving solutions worldwide.
