Srini Gopalan has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer of T-Mobile, effective November 1, 2025. He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer, bringing extensive global leadership experience from telecom and business organizations.
He has held key roles at Deutsche Telekom, including Board Member for Germany and Managing Director of Telekom Deutschland GmbH, as well as Board Member responsible for Europe, overseeing operations in countries such as Greece, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia, Romania, Austria, Macedonia, and Montenegro.
Gopalan has also held leadership positions at Bharti Airtel Foundation as Consumer Director, Vodafone as Consumer Director, and T-Mobile UK as Chief Marketing Officer, contributing to the landmark joint venture with Orange, everything-everywhere. Earlier in his career, he was Senior Vice President and Managing Director at Capital One UK, Senior Manager at Accenture, and Area Sales Manager at Unilever India.
His appointment reflects T-Mobile’s focus on operational excellence, innovation, and customer-centric growth.
