Sherry Agarwal Appointed as General Manager – HRBP at Vodafone Idea Limited

Vodafone Idea has announced the appointment of Sherry Agarwal as its General Manager – HRBP. In her new role, Sherry will lead HRBP initiatives, enhance talent frameworks, and promote a culture of inclusivity and agility.

Previously, she served as Human Resources Manager at Network18 Media & Investments Limited.

Sherry brings 8 years of HR experience in the information technology and services industry. She holds expertise in Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and exit and attrition management.

Sherry began her career as an HR Intern at Bajaj Energy Limited in 2016, before joining Birlasoft, where she supported HRBP functions. She later moved to Bharti Airtel, gaining extensive experience in large-scale people strategies, employee engagement, and HR transformation initiatives.

Academically, Sherry holds an MBA in HR from IBS Hyderabad.
