Gaurav Nayyar has been promoted to CEO of boAt Lifestyle.
Since joining boAt in 2022 as Group COO, Gaurav has led key areas like strategy, operations, M&A, digital, investor relations, and business transformation. He has also managed P&L across supply chain, finance, HR, product, sales, marketing, and D2C, helping scale the business and drive efficiency.
Before boAt, Gaurav was a Partner at Bain & Company for more than eight years, leading practices in advanced manufacturing, services, performance improvement, and corporate finance. He has over 20 years of experience across Bain & Company, KPMG India, and KPMG UK. His expertise in transformation, digital strategy, and cost optimization positions him well to lead Imagine Marketing and boAt into their next phase of expansion.
