Samsung Electronics America announced the opening of three new Samsung Experience Stores across the United States by the end of 2025. The new locations will be at Queens Center in New York, Mall of America in Minnesota and Los Cerritos Center in California. This expansion supports Samsung’s goal of providing hands-on and personalized retail experiences for consumers.

Since launching its first Experience Stores in 2019, Samsung has used these spaces to educate and engage customers with its products and services. Visitors can explore the full Galaxy ecosystem, test new devices, receive expert support and view Galaxy AI demonstrations. The stores also feature Samsung Care teams who provide in-person repairs such as screen replacements and battery fixes, removing the need for customers to ship devices.

Customers can purchase and take home new products immediately after Samsung’s Global Unpacked events, and the stores often feature exclusive colors and limited-time offers. The expansion highlights Samsung’s focus on creating accessible and interactive spaces where customers can learn, experience and connect with technology directly.
