Arvind Melagani Chinnappa has joined Schneider Electric as Vice President and Group General Counsel – India. He brings over 17 years of experience from Bosch Group India, where he served as Vice President and General Counsel, gaining expertise in corporate governance, compliance and legal strategy.
At Schneider Electric, Arvind will lead legal strategy, governance and compliance operations, supporting the company’s growth in energy management and automation solutions across India.
During his time at Bosch, he guided the company through regulatory challenges and business transformations. His experience in corporate law, risk management and business strategy will help Schneider Electric strengthen governance and support its growth plans.
