Arpita Roy Luthra has joined Schindler India as VP – NI Sales, Strategy and Marketing

She brings over 20 years of experience across industries and has held leadership roles at Everest Industries, Stallion Group Nigeria, Bharti Airtel International (Netherlands) B.V., Crown Paints Kenya, Pidilite Industries, Airtel, SABMiller and Godfrey Phillips India. Her background includes managing multi-country operations, building enterprise strategies and leading high-performing teams.

Arpita has worked extensively on market expansion, sales strategy and marketing initiatives. At Schindler India, she will use her experience to strengthen sales, enhance customer engagement and support sustainable business growth.
