Samsung India has launched its Made-in-India Smart WindFree Cassette Air Conditioners, combining intelligent connectivity, energy efficiency, and eco-friendly design. Available from October 14, 2025, these ACs are designed to suit local conditions while delivering silent, draft-free cooling using Samsung’s WindFree technology. By dispersing air through thousands of micro-holes, the system maintains a comfortable indoor climate without harsh cold drafts, ensuring consistent and quiet performance.
The new range features built-in Wi-Fi with SmartThings integration, allowing users to monitor, control, and personalize indoor conditions via their smartphones. Key functionalities include voice control through Bixby, Alexa, or Google Assistant, Welcome Cooling Mode for pre-conditioning spaces, Good Sleep Mode that adjusts to sleep cycles while saving up to 48% energy, and Comfort Humidity Control to maintain optimal indoor conditions efficiently.
Emphasizing sustainability, the ACs use the eco-friendly R32 refrigerant, which has a lower global warming potential, and offer optional PM 1.0 filtration for cleaner indoor air. With up to 48% energy savings and features tailored for offices, hospitality, and wellness spaces, Samsung’s WindFree™ Cassette ACs provide a smarter, greener, and healthier cooling solution for modern Indian homes and commercial environments.
