Panasonic Holdings Corporation announced that its Expo 2025 pavilion, The Land of NOMO,” achieved its planned visitor target of 450,000, including over 100,000 children from Generation Alpha. The pavilion emphasized co-creation with children and partner companies, generating insights and technologies that will be applied beyond the Expo. Through projects such as nomonoco and the Unlock FR Program, Panasonic facilitated interactive experiences designed to help children explore individual potential while fostering connections between generations.

In the Business Co-Creation area, Panasonic showcased technologies including glass-based perovskite photovoltaic cells, plant-derived materials (kinari), bioluminescent lighting (Biolights), and the plant growth stimulant Novitek. The company also collaborated with NTT Anode Energy to demonstrate a hydrogen supply chain model, highlighting the role of hydrogen in future energy systems. Efforts in resource circulation during pavilion construction achieved a reuse and recycling rate exceeding 99%, aligning with the group’s long-term environmental vision, Panasonic GREEN IMPACT.

Panasonic aims to extend the outcomes of these initiatives spanning technology development, sustainability practices, and next-generation engagement into practical applications that support a society in balance with nature.
