Samsung Electronics America has opened two new Samsung Experience Stores at Queens Center in New York and Mall of America in Minnesota, with another location set to open in Los Cerritos Center, California, by the end of 2025. These openings reflect Samsung’s approach to evolving retail spaces around consumer engagement, exploration, and personalized service.
The stores feature a modular design that can adapt to customer interactions, along with dedicated areas for device demonstrations and interactive experiences. The launch events on October 24 included ribbon-cutting ceremonies, remarks from Samsung leadership, and participation from local partners. Visitors experienced live demos, creative activities such as digital sketches on Galaxy Tab devices using S Pen and Galaxy AI, and community-driven programming aimed at making technology approachable and interactive.
In addition to offering hands-on experiences with Samsung’s Galaxy ecosystem, guests were invited to take part in prize giveaways and limited-time promotional offers available until November 9, 2025. By expanding its retail presence to high-traffic locations, Samsung aims to bring its technology ecosystem closer to customers and create accessible spaces where users can learn, explore, and connect with the brand’s latest innovations across mobile and wearable devices.
