Kartik Narayan has joined Apna as Chief Executive Officer

Kartik Narayan has joined Apna as Chief Executive Officer, bringing more than 20 years of experience in business growth, strategy and operations across leading Indian organizations. In this role, he will guide Apna’s mission to empower India’s workforce and strengthen its position as a key platform for employment and skill development. His focus will be on scaling Apna’s growth and expanding its reach across sectors through technology-led solutions.

Before joining Apna, Kartik was CEO – Staffing at TeamLease Services Limited, where he played an important role in advancing India’s workforce ecosystem. He also served as a Board Member of the Indian Staffing Federation, contributing to policy, marketing and regional leadership initiatives. His earlier roles at Vodafone Idea Limited, Cisco, Riverbed Technology, airtel and Sify Technologies Limited reflect his strong experience in enterprise and technology leadership.
