Katzion, a GlobalLogic company, has received the Salesforce Partner Innovation Award 2025 in the Automotive category for its collaboration with Audi Singapore on the brand’s Online Direct Sale platform. The solution, powered by Salesforce, bridges digital and physical retail experiences, redefining how customers engage with automotive brands.

Developed and managed entirely by Katzion, the platform allows customers to book test drives, purchase vehicles, explore financing options, and interact with the brand through one integrated digital system. It supports both online and showroom interactions, creating a seamless omnichannel experience that reflects Audi’s focus on innovation and customer-centric design.

The solution also features Agentforce Marketing automation and MuleSoft integrations with dealer management systems and third-party platforms.
