Haier HVAC Solutions has appointed Melvyn Balmain as Sales Manager for French-speaking territories, effective November 3, 2025. In this role, he will lead growth and expansion efforts, strengthen partnerships, and drive investment across the region.
Melvyn holds a degree in sales and management and brings over 20 years of experience in the HVAC industry. He began his career at Clim+, France’s leading specialist distributor, where he advanced from Junior Sales Representative to Sales Manager over a decade. He later worked with leading manufacturers such as LG Air Conditioning, Panasonic, and Aldes, successfully introducing new brands, building teams, and driving revenue growth.
His deep knowledge of the French HVAC market will help Haier enhance customer engagement, strengthen relationships with installers and specifiers, and increase brand visibility. He will also focus on developing new sales channels and optimizing existing ones across Haier’s portfolio of RAC, LCAC, Applied Solutions, and Heating products.
