Kristen Pressner has been appointed Chief People Officer and member of the Group Leadership Team at Nokia, effective May 1, 2026. Based in Finland, she will report to Justin Hotard, President and CEO of Nokia. With more than 30 years of international experience in human resources, talent management, and organizational transformation, Kristen will lead Nokia’s people strategy and cultural evolution as the company enters the era of AI, cloud, and next-generation networks.
She joins Nokia from Roche Holding Group, where she most recently served as Global Head of People & Culture for Roche Diagnostics. During her two decades at Roche, she helped strengthen leadership capabilities, modernize operating models and create a culture of innovation and collaboration. Before Roche, she held HR leadership roles at Texas Instruments, focusing on talent development and capability building in a fast-paced technology environment.
Kristen holds an MBA in International Human Resources Management from the University of Dallas and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Purdue University. With dual American and Swiss citizenship, she brings a global perspective to her new role, supporting Nokia’s goal of building a high-performance, empowered, and customer-focused culture.
