Intel Corporation is hiring a Retail Sales Manager to lead sales growth and strengthen retail partnerships across India. The role focuses on driving adoption of Intel technology through leading e-commerce and retail channels, shaping go-to-market strategies, and building strong relationships with key business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage strategic relationships with major retailers and e-commerce partners
- Develop and execute retail business plans to increase Intel’s product visibility and market share
- Create sales and promotional strategies that drive consumer adoption and revenue growth
- Partner with OEMs to influence retail product assortments and launch plans
- Track competitor activity, analyze trends, and identify new opportunities for Intel technology
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to align strategies and deliver results
Requirements
- MBA with 12+ years of experience in sales within consumer electronics, IT, telecom, or retail sectors
- Strong business and financial understanding with proven success in sales strategy execution
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience managing senior-level client relationships and cross-functional teams
- Passion for technology and innovation with a proactive, result-oriented mindset
