Samsung has partnered with iFIT, a global leader in connected fitness, to bring premium guided workouts directly to the Samsung Health app. Users can now access training videos led by professional iFIT coaches across seven workout categories including HIIT, yoga, Pilates, strength, recovery, barre and mindfulness.

The workouts appear under the fitness tab of the Samsung Health app, where Galaxy Watch users can track real-time data such as heart rate, calories burned, and session duration. Each month, Samsung Health users can access one free workout per category. A paid iFIT subscription priced at $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year provides unlimited access to a larger library of workouts with new content added regularly.

To encourage users to stay active, Samsung is offering exclusive discounts on iFIT subscriptions with select Galaxy devices including free trial periods with new smartphones, Galaxy Buds 3 Pro and Galaxy Watch 8 models.
