Xiaomi India is hiring a Zonal Head – Sales to lead business operations and revenue growth across the assigned state. The role focuses on driving sales, expanding market share, managing distribution and retail channels and building strong trade partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver zonal P&L while ensuring revenue and market share targets are met
- Develop and execute sales, distribution, and retail strategies for business growth
- Strengthen brand visibility through regional marketing and consumer engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and partners
- Lead large, cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, HR, and supply chain teams for smooth execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in Business Management (MBA preferred)
- 15+ years of experience in sales, distribution, or channel leadership roles
- Proven ability to manage large teams and high-volume business operations
- Strong commercial, analytical, and leadership skills
- Experience in consumer electronics, telecom, FMCG, or durable goods
- Willing to travel extensively within the region
