Bhavna Verma appointed as VP – Strategy and M&A for the Greater India Zone at Schneider Electric.

Bhavna Verma has been appointed VP – Strategy and M&A for the Greater India Zone at Schneider Electric. She brings strong experience in strategic leadership and business transformation. This marks her return to Schneider Electric after holding roles such as Strategy and Alliance Head India, Strategy and Sales Excellence Head India and Exports Director in the M&A Integration Office. Her work has covered strategic planning, sales excellence, alliances and global integration, which will now support Schneider Electric’s long-term plans for the region.

Before rejoining Schneider Electric, Bhavna served at Cargill as Sr Director – Strategy, Category and Product Management and Strategy and BD Head for Cargill Food Solutions. She has also worked on strategy and market development at Honeywell, operational planning at Escorts Kubota Limited, consulting projects at EY and application development at Tata Consultancy Services. Her diverse background across multinational organisations positions her well to lead strategy, growth and M&A programs in her new role.
