TTK Prestige is hiring an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Product Development to drive validation, testing, and improvement of small kitchen appliances. The role focuses on new product development, benchmarking, value engineering, and ensuring products meet compliance and market needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate and document testing for kitchen appliances and sourced products
- Track new product development progress and update stakeholders
- Perform BOM estimation and value engineering
- Benchmark and tear down competitor products
- Oversee first-lot production for new launches
- Track market trends and introduce future-ready features
- Ensure product compliance and component standardization
- Collect internal product feedback and implement improvements
- Localize parts and products where needed
Requirements
- BE in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical (full-time)
- 8–16 years of experience in product development, R&D, or testing
- Background in FMCD, consumer durables, or electrical appliances
- Strong analytical skills and good Excel knowledge
- Stable work history and willingness to travel 5-7 days a month
- Notice period of 30-45 days preferred
