Digital health is redefining the way we care for ourselves, turning innovation into empowerment. From smart wearables that track wellness in real time to AI-driven tools that personalize treatment plans, technology is putting health management directly in consumers’ hands. Even everyday solutions — like over-the-counter hearing aids — are making a profound impact. As digital health advances, it’s not just improving care; it’s enhancing quality of life and proving that innovation can truly be human-centered.

Congratulations to all of the CES Innovation Award 2026 honorees — visionary companies who are pioneering the progress of digital health. Catch a glimpse below and then view the full list.

  • Earflo is the first non-invasive medical device that treats negative middle ear pressure which causes ear infections in children as young as two, providing a groundbreaking alternative to ear tubes.
  • Cosmo Robotics’ Bambini Kids and Teens are the first overground walking exoskeletons with powered ankle motion. Between the two exoskeletons, children ages 2.5-12 with congenital or acquired neurological disorders can relearn walking skills or restore mobility after injury through guided, natural movement.
  • Clinical One Entry System is an AI-powered, contactless health platform that transforms building entrances into real-time screening, prevention and response hubs. The entry system strengthens digital health infrastructure for vulnerable populations while supporting hospital and clinic staff with consistent, automated workflows.
  • NeuroAnimation Therapy is a digital wellness platform that combines neuroscience, motion capture and immersive gameplay/therapy to promote recovery and brain health. NeuroAnimation Therapy has demonstrated improvements in processing speed, executive function and motor recovery, suggesting broad potential across conditions affecting cognition and motor function.
  • Venu® 4 is a wearable device that brings new health and fitness features to help users better understand their body by tracking health status, lifestyle habits and sleep cycles. Garmin’s Venu 4 makes it easier for users to monitor health metrics 24/7.

Whether in homes or hospitals, technological advancements in digital health are reshaping how we engage with our health. CES Innovation Awards season is the perfect time to celebrate the progress that has already been made and look forward excitedly to the future of digital health.
