Abhishek B. has been promoted to Senior Director and National Head – Agency Partnerships (Linear TV) at JioStar. In this expanded role, he will lead national agency partnerships for Linear TV, shape growth strategies and strengthen relationships with major media agencies. His promotion follows his work as Associate Director and National Head – Agency Partnerships for JioStar Entertainment, where he collaborated with leading groups like Omnicom Media Group, IPG Mediabrands, Dentsu and DDB Mudra to drive integrated solutions and new revenue opportunities.
Before joining JioStar, Abhishek spent several years at Disney Star in roles across sports ad sales, regional leadership and brand partnerships for key Star Sports properties. He worked on campaigns for brands such as Cadbury Dairy Milk, Boost, Parle, Tata Neu and Audi. Earlier in his career, he gained experience at Bloomberg TV India and HT Media Group, where he led profit centers, launched editions and delivered 360 degree advertising solutions. His promotion reflects his strong leadership in agency partnerships and his role in shaping the next phase of Linear TV growth at JioStar.
