OPPO India is hiring a Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager to plan and execute smartphone launches across channels. The role drives launch strategy, cross-functional coordination, product readiness, marketing execution, and post-launch performance tracking to ensure strong market entry and sustained growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute GTM plans for new smartphone launches
- Define segments, pricing, positioning, and launch timelines
- Coordinate across product, sales, marketing, and retail teams for smooth rollout
- Track market trends and competitor activity to refine strategy
- Ensure pre-launch readiness including inventory, POS, and training
- Lead ATL, BTL, and digital launch campaigns with marketing
- Develop sales decks, training materials, and tools for channel partners
- Track post-launch performance and share insights for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
- 5–8 years of experience in GTM, product marketing, or category roles
- Experience in smartphones, consumer electronics, or IoT
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple launches and cross-functional teams
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and channel marketing
- Understanding of telecom and mobility market trends
