Panasonic Marketing Middle East and Africa and Alessa have formally announced their strategic partnership to strengthen Panasonic’s presence in Saudi Arabia. Alessa became Panasonic’s distribution partner for major appliances earlier this year. The partnership aims to improve product availability and service coverage across the Kingdom. This includes faster access to refrigerators, washer dryer units and air conditioners that meet rising demand for reliable energy efficient home solutions.

The collaboration brings together Panasonic’s Japanese technology and Alessa’s strong distribution network. Panasonic also highlighted its focus on design, durability and consumer well being as part of its long term strategy in the region.

The partnership supports Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 priorities around sustainability and better quality of life. Panasonic recently opened a new branch office in the Kingdom to expand local support and understand consumer requirements more closely. At the launch event the company showcased new home appliances including air conditioners with nanoe X technology, premium refrigerators and washer dryers with features designed for Gulf region garments.
