Manpreet Singh Bhatia has joined DishTV as Head – Service. He brings 26 years of experience from Panasonic India, LG Electronics and Samsung Electronics. At Panasonic India he led service strategy for products like Smart TVs, lithium ion batteries, active LED systems, projectors, laptops, cameras, video door phones and telephones while managing a network of more than 500 service centers. He also oversaw SaaS based service projects for clients like Maruti, McDonald’s, KFC, MG, Honda and Suzuki. His work focused on improving turnaround time, service quality and planning to strengthen customer experience across product lines.
Before Panasonic India, he held key roles at LG Electronics where he set up and improved large in house and outsourced call center operations. At Samsung Electronics he managed franchise operations, field support and dealer engagement. His experience in customer service, process improvement and leading pan India teams will help DishTV strengthen its service framework and customer first approach.
