Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals is hiring a Territory Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in the lighting segment across key institutions and government bodies. The role focuses on sales generation, channel management, collections, and expanding business within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the lighting category
- Generate business from government departments, municipalities, railways, MES, industries, hotels, and hospitals
- Secure approvals, drive orders, and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, and contractors
- Ensure timely collections and follow-ups with EPC and project partners
- Conduct seminars and product demos to create awareness
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key channel partners
- Track competition, market trends, and new opportunities
Performance Measures
- Achievement of annual and monthly sales targets
- Product performance across lighting categories
- Collections and reduction of outstanding payments
- Channel partner development and onboarding
- Lead and bid pipeline health via SFDC
