JBL’s latest Quantum Series headsets—Quantum 950, 650, and 250—introduce updated audio and comfort features designed to support a wide range of gaming styles. Announced earlier this year at Gamescom, the lineup focuses on delivering clear communication, precise spatial sound, and adaptable performance.
The new models feature lightweight construction, a redesigned hammock headband, breathable mesh, and memory foam cushions aimed at maintaining comfort during extended play. An upgraded boom microphone with improved voice clarity and AI-driven noise reduction helps ensure stable communication for cooperative and competitive gaming.
A key element of the series is JBL Quantum Spatial Sound, supported by both wired and wireless connectivity. This technology offers detailed positional audio intended to help players recognize subtle in-game cues. The experience is further enhanced by the updated JBL QuantumENGINE software, which provides tools for sound customization, spatial calibration, device management, and lighting controls.
JBL positions the refreshed Quantum Series as a step toward more immersive and accessible gaming audio, combining practical design choices with evolving sound technologies.
