boAt Lifestyle is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the product strategy and roadmap for its mobile accessories category. The role focuses on creating, launching, and scaling products like chargers, power banks, cables, adapters, cases, and emerging accessory technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Define long-term product strategy and roadmap for mobile accessories
- Identify new opportunities, technologies, and category expansions
- Lead complete NPI cycles from concept to launch
- Work closely with R&D, design, supply chain, quality, marketing, and sales
- Coordinate with ODMs, suppliers, and manufacturing partners
- Manage pricing, costing, margins, and overall category profitability
- Track market trends, standards, and competitor products
- Drive product differentiation through design, technology, and performance
- Guide junior PMs and promote best practices across teams
Requirements
- B.Tech with 6–10 years of experience in product management or NPI
- Strong understanding of electronics hardware, charging tech, materials, and quality processes
- Experience working with ODMs and manufacturing ecosystems (India + China)
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
- Strong commercial understanding with P&L ownership
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in consumer electronics or mobile accessories preferred
