Vedviyas Sridhar appointed as Director Marketing – South at JioHotstar

Vedviyas Sridhar has taken charge as Director Marketing South at JioHotstar and is based in Chennai. In this role he will lead regional marketing across South India. His focus will be on brand growth, content visibility and audience engagement for the platform.

He brings over 14 years of experience across product marketing, brand management, content strategy and digital acquisition. Before this role he served as Associate Director Marketing at Hotstar where he worked on major platform campaigns. Earlier in his career he held roles at ZEE5, The Hindu Group and Hinduja Tech Limited. Across these organisations he led marketing programs, digital launches and brand initiatives spanning media, technology and SaaS. His background combines consumer insight, data led decision making and strong execution.
