Qualcomm is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive growth and market share in the mobile and tablet category in India. The role focuses on working with OEMs ODMs and sales channels while promoting adoption of Qualcomm platforms across consumer and enterprise segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and technology adoption across online and offline channels
• Work closely with OEMs ODMs and ecosystem partners
• Introduce new chipsets and expand presence in the tablet segment
• Lead go-to-market plans partner enablement and internal reporting
• Support co-branding PR and joint marketing initiatives
• Track channel performance using defined KPIs
• Identify new B2B and enterprise opportunities
• Represent Qualcomm in partner discussions and industry forums

Requirements

• BE or BTech with MBA in sales or marketing
• 8+ years of experience in sales or business development
• Background in semiconductors high-tech or mobility preferred
• Strong understanding of ODM ecosystem and distribution channels
• Good analytical communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in cross-functional and matrix teams
